Showcasing the region
As some of you will know, we love where we live and welcome the chance to really show just how beautiful our region is.
We recently had the chance to put Steve’s beloved aerial videography to work filming a stunning pocket of our local region on a project at Kimo Estate. Run by another couple of passionate locals, Kimo Estate is a stunning family-run luxury accommodation/reception venue 10kms from Gundagai and we were really happy to be asked to showcase this incredible spot.
Video can be a great springboard for businesses, with some of our shots picking up some extra coverage for Kimo Estate when featured on the Sydney Weekender program.
Project: Women in Business member profile on Kimo Estate’s Emelia Ferguson
The brief: Shine a light on the accomplishments and professional excellence of Emelia for the “Hear Them Roar” video series.
Why it worked: Unscripted interviews helped Emelia and husband Dave speak from the heart and show their raw enthusiasm for their property and what drives them to do what they do. Drone footage allowed us to show the beautiful landscapes and sheer scale of Kimo Estate, capturing the grandeur of the venue. The clipped helped Women in Business draw media attention to the program.
Our fave part: It was great to work with Emelia and Dave. They’re just so passionate about being the stewards of one of the oldest properties in the area and clearly love sharing their little piece of heaven with visitors. In fact, we loved it so much that we’re having our wedding there in September!
