Whether you’ve managed video projects before or this is your first time around, we make the process simple.
Here are our six steps for taking your video from concept to completion:
1. INITIAL MEETING
Meet with us over a freshly brewed coffee to talk about the project and the expected outcomes
2. PROJECT PROPOSAL
Based on our conversation, we’ll provide you with a proposal including costs
3. PRE-PRODUCTION
Once you give us the go ahead and pay a 50% deposit, the Mayflies get cracking! The pre-production of your video may include developing concepts, scouting locations and sourcing talent.
4. FILMING
Next comes filming. Whether your shoot takes two hours or two weeks, our processes ensure that filming days run smoothly.
5. EDITING
We then hit the editing suite to create a video “draft” for you to make suggestions and edits.
6. DELIVERY
Our final step is to deliver your video to you (usually on USB flash drive)
